Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our personalized gifts. Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective due to our handling.
  • The personalization details were incorrectly printed (different from what was submitted).

To raise an exchange request:

  1. Record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
  2. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with the video proof.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Approved exchanges will be reshipped at no additional cost.
