Refund policy
We take pride in the quality of our personalized gifts. Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective due to our handling.
- The personalization details were incorrectly printed (different from what was submitted).
To raise an exchange request:
- Record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with the video proof.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Approved exchanges will be reshipped at no additional cost.
